Officials said that while earlier pastels and light colours were popular in lingerie market, this year bright and vibrant hues are attracting interest.
Colours like mahogany-red, lemon yellow, azure blue, apple green, bright ginger, dazzling silver streaks and many such striking shades are in demand.
Though floral designs are still dominating patterns for lingerie, chiffon printing with special press-pleating, jacquard mesh fabric and some geometrical prints are flying off the shelves.
